Folding Carton Printing
Our company, which aims excellence in printing quality and speed with minimum faulty production, always provides the best
service. We are capable of applying Matte/Glossy UV, Effect lacquer, Soft Touch Lacquer and relevant techniques.
With our new investment, Heidelberg XL145-8+LYYL and XL106-8+LYYL machines, we have increased our state-of-the-art production capacity in offset printing. Our machines stand out with their 8-color double lacquer reservoir and cold foil features.
Our sheet sizes are 70x100cm and 100x140cm.
Gluing
We continue our production with our OMEGA folding-gluing machines.
Barcode and glue density controls on gluing machines are controlled by laser system readers. Thanks to inkjet printers, the production lot numbers, passwords and dates can be transferred on the box. Our machines have “security tape” application and camera control system.
Foiling
We are able to perform Cold foil and Hot foil applications.
Cold Foil: By applying the cold foil process at the same time as the printing process, the deadlines are greatly improved and cost effectiveness advantage arises . With this application, the products are given a premium appearance while one-color printing can be made on this application as well.
Hot Foil: After the printing application is completed, Hot Foil process is applied on the desired areas, providing premium appearance.
