Automatic Weighing and Packing Machine
The Filpack FPS-145 packing machine is designed for
the packaging of fresh fruits and vegetables into the
Knitted Tubular Nets or Extruded Nets. (Finished bag samples are shown below)
Filpack FPS-145 packing machine uses 2 thermal sealed side films during the packing and FPS-145 is capable of The output is 24-36 bags per minute using the following widths: 75 – 90 – 120 or 140 mm.
There are punched holes on the upper side of the bag, and this is done for easy handling/carrying.
The machine carries an electronic label printer for:
Application of adhesive label, with variable data for the bags.
Capable of weight and pack: 0.5 to 10 kg.
The output is 24-26 bags per minute depending on the produce and volume/dimensions of the packaging.
The thickness of the film that our packing machine uses is ranging from 55 microns up to 100 microns depending on the customer’s wish.
The closing of the bag is done by thermo welding.
You can easily customize the product with a printed logo of the packer and also with the product definition.
Two tubes hold the net allowing the automatic change of the tube, without any stop. In this way you
can automatically switch to the other tube and will not lose time from production.
